Agile Professional I

As an Agile Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Agile/Scrum framework is followed within development teams with varying disciplines. We are seeking a candidate with experience implementing the SAFe framework. You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum and/or ART ceremonies as needed, removing any impediments that may arise, and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions on time. You will work closely with the Program Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, and Development team to ensure that the product backlog is maintained and prioritized effectively.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives, backlog refinementCoach teams on Agile/Scrum/SAFe principles and practicesOrganizing and Facilitating PI Events (PI Planning, PI System Demo, ART Syncs, etc)Work with the Product Owner and/or Product Managers to maintain and prioritize the backlogRemove any impediments that may arise during the sprintWork with the team to ensure that the team delivers high-quality solutions on timeTracking team metrics, uncovering lessons learned and facilitating team improvements

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and typically 0-2 or more years of related experience1+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.)1+ years of Project Management or Business Analyst experience in an Agile environment1+ years of experience in project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence or RedmineCertification from an industry-recognized certifying organization, specific to roles mentioned aboveKnowledge of Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of the project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile principles• Comfortable working with program managers and engineers to identify, manage, and maximize team performanceExcellent communication and facilitation skillsAbility to work well with others and build relationships with team membersDemonstrated knowledge of SAFe principles and practices The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with Jira and writing JQL Experience working with ConfluenceScaled Agile Certifications: SSM, ASM, or equivalent

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
