Product OwnerTemporary assignment with potential extension or conversion.Working onsite.Max BR = $82.50/hr.DEGREE IS A MUST.AGILE PRODUCT OWNER OR PRAGMATIC MARKETING CERTIFICATION IS A MUST. If they do not have either, we will reject.MUST HAVE 5+Years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, New Product Development, Business Analysis, Product Owner.Must have heavy facilitations and know MS Office Suite.

Description:

Product Owner is responsible for the success of the product – what is delivered and in what order, the return on investment, and managing the communications between stakeholders, management, and the Scrum Team. This role provides a clear understanding of the problem and business needs to the team and actively works with them to create and implement solutions.Our solutions typically implement technically accurate engineering principles (calculations, simulation, etc.) or business applications focusing on certain Engineering needs.


Responsibilities:

Works with internal stakeholders to create a vision, scope, and roadmap for product(s)Sets priority on featuresWrites user stories and maintains the product backlogDaily collaborates with the development team to provide the best solutions and provide answers to subject and product related questionsFacilitates communication between stakeholders and Scrum TeamWorks with an offshore vendor when neededLeads planning meetings every two weeks for each productInvolved in daily standups and retrospectivesUpholds Scrum principles with the help of a Scrum Master

Minimum requirements:

4 year college degree; ideal major Engineering, Business, or Computer SciencePragmatic Marketing Certified or Agile Certified Product OwnerUnderstanding of Agile: Scrum and KanbanExcellent communication skills: Verbal and written

5+Years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, New Product Development, Business Analysis, Product Owner
