Agile Delivery Program Manager

Responsibilities

Train and coach Agile teams on Agile methodologies, roles and responsibilities, and IST standards to achieve better outcomes Establish key metrics and best practices for Agile teams that improve the predictability in our delivery timelines and the fidelity of our capacity planning Onboard new Agile team members to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to be successful on their Agile team Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure alignment on dependencies Align and refine processes alongside other practice area leaders to improve our delivery, enable us to measure our effectiveness, and provide clear visibility into related cross-team work Introduce feedback mechanisms to gather insights from Agile teams and stakeholders for continuous refinement of Agile practices Track and report on Agile process improvements and review with IST Leadership on a regular cadence Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation to improve collaboration and delivery Lead Communities of Practice for Agile roles (such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and more) to foster a collaborative environment where Agile principles are shared and discussed, and IST standards are communicated Requirements

8+ years experience working in an Agile environment Experience leading multiple Agile projects concurrently Experience balancing and negotiating requests among multiple stakeholders In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies; specifically, Scrum and Kanban Self-starter with executive-level verbal and written communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and dynamic environment Bachelor’s degree Recommended Qualifications

Experience leading a successful Agile transformation Experience with ServiceNow helpful, but not required Experience with large-scale scrum and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams (both Agile and non-Agile) Agile coaching experience Organizational Change Management experience

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
