Position overview
Our PMO department in Sundsvall is now looking for an Agile Coach to join our team. You will play a critical role in our journey towards agile product development. Your responsibilities will include mentoring, coaching and educating our teams in agile product development, including finding solutions for how to best practice the operating model. The position is based in Sundsvall and it is an on-site role. The role is also a global role where some traveling to the US is necessary.
Key Tasks
+ Guide and Mentor Teams:Guide and mentor agile teams to increase the understanding of agile practices and mindset.
+ Participate in Core Team Activities:Be a member of the “New Way of Working” Core team to steer and drive the Lean/Agile initiative forward.
+ Coach Agile Ceremonies:Coach agile teams to perform efficient Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and refinements. Assist in improving PI planning sessions and other ART events
+ Monitor Progress and Provide Feedback:Monitor team progress and provide feedback for improvement, focusing on continuous improvements and retrospectives in specific teams and supporting newly integrated teams with agile coaching, training, and support
+ Conduct Training and Workshops:Provide training and workshops on Agile methodologies, with a focus on implementing the Epics, Features & Stories concept in Jira as well as requirements breakdown
+ Support Agile Tools and Techniques:Coach teams on the effective use of Agile tools and techniques, including general Jira support
+ Develop and Update Documentation and Guidelines:Support the development and update of written working routines, guidelines, training materials
Who you are
We are on a journey towards agile product development and are looking for someone who can help us steer our progress in the right direction. We want you to be a hands-on person who like challenges, likes to work with people and enjoy change management. You should be a driver for change with a combined experience of agile product development. Mentoring and coaching people should be in your DNA as well as being communicative and proactive. You possess expertise in Jira operations and can effectively guide teams to optimize their use of the tool. You should be able to make decisions and demonstrate best practices on ways forward in the agile implementation within Permobil.
Qualifications
Must have:
+ Technical knowledge at MSc or BSc level or similar
+ Certifications within agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, PO, SM or similar)
+ Proven knowledge coaching agile teams
+ Proven experience in Agile development processes
+ Knowledge in using Jira & Confluence
+ Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
+ Proficient in Swedish language is mandatory (equivalent to C1, C2)
Good to have:
+ If you have a mechanical background its highly valuable
+ If have worked as a Product Owner or Scrum Master before
+ Experience in change management or working on transformations
