Overview Join Our Team as an Aggregates Customer Service Representative! Salary: $51,000-$64,000 Annually Are you a skilled dispatcher with a knack for customer service and a passion for logistics? About the Role: As an Aggregates Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers, vendors, and company operations. Your professional and service-oriented approach will ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and profitability. You will process orders, select vendors/haulers, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure accurate information is recorded for billing and payment purposes. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer, driver, and hauler inquiries and orders using our dispatch system. Determine optimal delivery methods and negotiate rates with vendors and customers. Schedule trucks efficiently to maximize profitability. Manage hauler relationships, collect paperwork, and process orders. Collaborate with customers to adjust truck demand and meet delivery rates. Determine callouts for the following day. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland & NWI/WI area. Minimum of 2 years of dispatch experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish and Polish preferred, but not required. Proficiency in reading and understanding maps. Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. Good computer skills and general knowledge of Sales and Dispatch software.
