Execution of technical operational surveillance and security standards that are developed at Concentrix facilities; Comply with operational standards, use the equipment necessary to perform their functions.

2. SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION

1. Comply with guidelines and regulations provided by Concentrix Webhelp.

2. Report incident cases to Concentrix Webhelp.

3. Implement measures to prevent losses due to theft and protection of personnel.

4. Comply with operational surveillance standards;

5. Take care of Concentrix Webhelp real estate

6. Covers personnel if needed in different positions.

7. Keep records of visitors, lend passes to agents who request access to any of the buildings. Granting the appropriate temporary passes and verifying that the collaboration is active. Manage and archive the generated documentation.

8. Keep in order all documentation related to access of people, supplies, and company assets.

10. All asset movements must have their exit order and must leave a safe copy for your archive and destination. You must verify that the authorized signatures are present and have the contact numbers on hand in case verification is necessary.

11. To provide temporary passes to Concentrix – Webhelp staff and visitors, they must present photo identification to identify and record their information and the person accompanying them must be notified and they will be responsible for returning the temporary pass to security.

12. Attend any guidance related to what to do on a daily basis regarding security.

13. Use the appropriate technological means of communication for the proper performance of your work.

14. Checking bags at the entrance and exit of staff or visitors. This should be contactless to what it carries. The owner must collaborate in showing what is inside these bags. This is to verify that nothing that is authorized enters or leaves.

15. Verify that the employee's company identification matches the person carrying it. Incidents where another person uses another person's access card must be reported as soon as possible.

16. Assigned computer must be verified with laptop photo and access card. If the label is damaged, this must be reported to the security department.

17. The validity of the permit that has not expired must be verified. Expired permit will not be allowed to exit. It must also be verified that these temporary permits do not present damage.
