Job DescriptionEnsure smooth and timely freight process flow.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system.Track and Trace Air Export Files and reporting.Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.Contribute to maintain good relationships with suppliers (Airline carriers, trucking companies and others involved).Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.Understand department process flow and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the customer Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures.Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external).Complete mandatory training when required.Meet company standards of 52 hours training per year per employee. Develop business relationship, maintain current business, and explore potential business opportunities.Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.Support the Supervisor/ Manager in the following areas:
Allocating workloads, monitoring workboard to ensure internal KPI’s are met e.g. timely data entryBuild and maintaining strong relationships with customersAssist the manager and supervisor in timely responding to requests for information and with market competitive pricing matching the scope of service required by the customer.Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with your regular customers to document in the company systemMonitor invoicing and other company's report where needed.Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.Be a guide for the team - mentor agents and ensure that positive attitude is maintained within the teamAllocate workloads within team to ensure smooth operations during peak activity or staff absence.Promote productivity tools within the team (e.g. using workboard, invoice processing, expo )Be continuously open and positive to implementing new system changes and enhancements with your team.QualificationsFresh graduated student from University/ College or equivalent qualification.Experiences and understanding of Air documentation process is an advantage.Pro-active, strong organizational skills.Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Fluent in English.Willing to put extra hours, as required.Well-organized, innovative, self-motivated.Able to work in the team, under high pressure and tight deadline.Additional InformationFull time job contractCompetitive incomeCareer development and promotion opportunityProfessional Training PlanHealth insurance programProfessional of working environment14 annual leave days per yearAll your information will be kept confidential according to Company guidelines.
