Ensuring sales objectives are achieved:
Deliver monthly wholesale sales performance reports, providing insights into trends. Monitor & analyze Trade Club performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing. Initiate Marketing opportunities. Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, target, and acquire new trade customers (B2B).Prospecting & Developing New Accounts:
Identify and cultivate new Trade Club B2B opportunities. Increase dealer and customer participation on Trade Club.Managing Existing Accounts:
Improved customer retention rate and increase sales for existing Trade Club members. Develop & execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract new B2B customers focusing on mechanical segment. Manage Certified Parts Wholesale Dealer program, ensuring its successful implementation and alignment with overall wholesale objectives.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Accurate wholesale sales projections and effective performance monitoring.Product Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of the company's product range, including specifications, applications, and pricing. Clear knowledge of extended parts warranty program.Customer Relationship Management:
Accurate and efficient management of customer data. Increased customer loyalty and repeat business.
Administrative Tasks:
Analyze and monitor data performance and implement corrective actions where needed. Regular Travel to visit B2B customers/dealers/ Body Shops and attend industry events.Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with IMG, SEO, Pricing Team, PS & L, Zone Managers & Trade Club Team.Cross- Functional Projects:
Participate in or lead projects that involve multiple departments, promoting integration and cohesion across the organization, particularly relevant to wholesale part sales.
