Aftermarket Proposal Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Proposal Manager at Rotoflow, an Air Products Business, Aftermarket Repair Center at our Houston, TX location.

Rotoflow™ is a full-service turbomachinery OEM - providing a wide-range of new equipment solutions and aftermarket services to our customers globally in market segments such as industrial gases, petrochemicals, and hydrocarbons!

This position requires 5% domestic / global travel.

Use commercial and technical experience to generate timely and accurate proposals,

Help develop and refine consistent pricing strategies enhancing prior proposals and information on market conditions,

Support the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales and margin growth targets,

Work with a cross functional team from Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Purchasing, Quality, Marketing, etc. to fully satisfy customer needs,

Support Terms and Conditions reviews and negotiations with commercial and legal knowledge

Required Skills / Abilities:

Familiarity with Rotating Equipment.

Familiarity with accessory systems like controls, lube oil systems and seal gas systems.

Ability to read the specifications and drawings and work with different stakeholders.

Ability to work in dynamic environment and support based on urgency of the proposal needs.

Eager to learn new things and accept the challenges and learn to grow with the company.

Strong communication skills with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team.

Ability to travel to attend conferences and meet customers in support of the sales team.

Candidate that has a curiosity about a future role in Sales or Business Development is preferred but not required.

Minimum experience of 2 years in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or sales role.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM, Economics or Business
