Pratt & Whitney has an immediate hybrid opportunity for an **After Market Finance Senior Manager** based out of our Glastonbury, Connecticut campus location. **What You Will Do:** - Work with GE to come up with CLP escalation policy and submit files to IT for timely input into SAP (mid November). Test the IT load and look for errors. Compare PEV to CLP and ensure reasonableness. - Escalate CRD based on established process. - Escalate all customers, warranties rates for escalation and flight length. - Complete Emirates EAC for Q3 and report to management any material technical issues when quantifiable. - Review EAC assumptions to actual cost and if material differences exist, propose an adjusted high level EAC rate. - Communicate this to management and EAC analyst for quarterly booking. - Strategize with Emirates team on 2027 restructure and collaborate on proposed pricing; negotiate with Emirates and collaborate on proposed pricing. This element is expected to take one year+. - Work on mistake proof EAC model and finish the checklist/WSI. - Train Qatar analyst on certain elements on EAC for Q4 completion. Assist in determining lease requirements required and any required adjustment. - Be the backup for PO review and approval and compare requests to Approval Authority to ensure appropriate compliance. Submit trouble tickets for any processing issues and assist in testing for upgrades. - Assist in any business cases for FMA, T&M and leased assets and provide to EA leadership. - Time and Material/Over and Above Invoices. - For any customers over credit limit, request D&B run by Pratt and see overdue. Request customers pay overdue to reduce exposure below the limit. In cases where increases in business cause a need to increase customer limit, get approval from CFO and President. Enter new credit limit in SAP. **Qualifications You Must Have:** - Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in finance; **OR** an advanced degree and 8+ years of experience in finance. - SAP and Microsoft office proficiency required. **Qualifications We Prefer:** - Results focused and able to balance competing and changing priorities. - Above average teamwork and communication skills. - Excellent analytical skills including variance analysis (intellectual inquisitiveness). **Learn More & Apply Now:** **What is my role type?** In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
