Our partner, Dynamo has an immediate need for a Assistant Registrar to support the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) course at the USAF Special Operations School. This role involves providing clerical support for student processing, offering excellent customer service, managing quotas, and assisting with various administrative tasks at the USAF Special Operations School.
This position is based at Hurlburt Field, FL.

In and Out Processing of Students:
Provide clerical support to in-process/out-process students in an orderly and efficient manner.Customer Service:
Assist students and visitors with checking in/out and daily interaction at the Student Services window.Perform a variety of receptionist, clerical, and administrative functions including receiving phone calls, managing visitors, establishing and maintaining files, reviewing incoming correspondence, and preparing time and attendance data for supervisory endorsement.MILPDS/OTA Quota Management:
Serve as the alternate USAFSOS Registrar with experience in MILPDS OTA quota management functions.Extract class rosters, update student status, process out-of-cycle quota requests, graduate classes, and manage Training Requestor Quota Identifier (TRQI) requirements.Build and maintain courses and classes, and update reporting instructions.Genius/Student Information System Training:
Provide training for new Course Directors on system features such as dashboards, stats, waiting review, drops, enrollments, approvals, and more.Course Material Preparation:
Produce course folders containing student instructions, lesson information, and instructor information as required.SharePoint Updates:
Answer inquiries or forward them to appropriate staff members.Maintain a file system with security clearance information and student records.Provide routine and specialized support to students and faculty during class execution, manage student identification badges, and prepare student status statistics.Update course information and records in the ETCA.Education and Training Course Announcements (ETCA):
Update course information and records in the ETCA.LMS/SIS Assistance:
Assist with resetting student passwords and provide help with finding certificates. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Experience with Military Personnel Data System Oracle Training Applications (MILPDS/OTA) and quota management.Strong organizational and clerical skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage databases and files effectively.Ability to provide training and support to faculty and students. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Able to remain stationary position 50% of the time. Work in office environment with distractions.Extended periods of sitting or standing may be required. Travel required, possibly outside continental United States.#LI-onsite
