We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh Affinity Team. This role will be based in Shanghai / Beijing / Guangzhou. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the China insurance industry including knowledge and understanding of Affinity Insurance Programs and a strong network of insurance and relevant industry contacts. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Develop client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives. Identify and document client and prospect insurance needs and requirements.Manage the business pipeline including identification and qualification of business opportunities according to company strategy.Develop RFP documentation to align market solutions with client requirements. Identify, select and negotiate with insurance carriers to deliver tailor-made solutions and high-quality service standards.Develop and present client solutions including market research, program design, product design, risk transfer solutions and pricing.Develop strong internal relationships across the business to facilitate opportunity identification and cross-selling activity.Conduct analysis to align product and service strategy with market factors and changing client needs.What you need to have:
Bachelor or above degree in insurance or business discipline.10+ years’ insurance industry experience or Sharing Economy Industry/e-Commerce Experience.B2B2C/B2C Business Models and Product Experience including but not limited to Automotive related Insurance/Service Products, Extended Warranty, and Casualty Insurance Products. Understanding of Requirements / Applications of Technology in Insurance Industry / Consumer Businesses.Project management skill for new insurance program launch.What makes you outstanding:
