Job Description:
As part of the Global Innovation Process Model we need to find new ways to accelerate deployment of our ‘Accelerate the Winners’ & New Innovations. To enable this we need to ensure we maximize scale/pace to unlock supply for affiliate markets and have the right infrastructure, processes and decision making protocols for world class deployment.
This role is the guardian of affiliate project pipeline for execution support focusing on product, process & packaging needs when product is sourced from a Market different than the Region where it'll sell. In order to deliver our agreed affiliate activity pipeline in the most effective and efficient way a role is required to handle this complexity.
What are we looking for?Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in R&D
Experience in Product, Process or Packaging
Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment
Risk Assessment and Root Cause Analysis expertise
Up to 20% travel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Food Science or science related technical field
Global working experience
Proven ability to transfer technical knowledge and skills
Project Management experience and expertise
What will be your key responsibilities?Will provide required R&D product, process & packaging inputs to ensure scope of the project in good quality and proper guidance for markets
Is expected to support the overall technical project pipeline and alignment with Make Market activities to ensure a cohesive implementation for all R&D deliverables for the affiliate portfolio for Dry, Wet and Treats Petfood
Will Co-lead with the Make Market all the R&D activities (product, process and pack) In the execution of the Affiliate projects
Is responsible for supporting the requesting market in the registration processes as well as collecting Information for claims substantiation.
Is responsible for the input into the viability & feasibility assessment with the Global R&D team for deployment markets.
Will Inform and manage complexity in Make Market providing technical solutions of packaging and processes as well as any Co-Pack solutions, co-man solutions, affiliate adaptations, etc
Is responsible to run Feasibility Risk Assessment in the Make Market before projects are approved to guarantee a clear resource allocation when projects are brought for approval at the Make Market.
