As Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the overall strategy for the affiliate program including recruitment, activation and retention of affiliate partners as well as implementing initiatives to grow the network and improve on performance. Negotiate and establish commission structures, provide training and support to affiliates and offer ongoing assistance, utilise tracking tools and analytics to monitor the performance of affiliates, collaborate with marketing to provide compelling marketing collateral, promotional materials and exclusive offers, and generate accurate reports on performance.
