The Sentinel program is seeking an **Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout (IAT&C) Deputy Manager 3** to be located in **Roy, UT.** The AVE IAT&C Deputy Manager will be responsible to the AVE IAT&C Director for overall test, checkout and delivery of the missile – to include requirements V&V, integrated and detailed test planning, execution of Integrated Functional Capability (IFC) lab Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) testing, and test execution of all assets, including, but not limited to, lab assets, product support equipment, ground test missiles and flight test missiles. The successful candidate will also be responsible to the IAT&C Director for element programmatic execution, including earned value cost and schedule of the AVE IATC Integrated Product Team (IPT), managing risk and opportunities, and managing change control. This is a down-and-in focused position with up-and-out visibility.

**What You’ll Get To Do:**
**The Flight Systems IAT&C Deputy Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:**
+ Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout – Responsible for the overall test, checkout and delivery of the missile, this includes test planning, test execution and requirements verification of Ground Test Missiles and Flight Test Missiles, but also includes, the execution of lab HWIL testing and successful design, build and implementation of product support equipment.
+ Customer Interface Management – Will be a primary point of contact for internal and USG customer interaction and coordination and a representative of the AVE IAT&C test team.
+ System Architecture and Verification Planning – Oversee the design and development of requirements verification decisions within the system architecture in coordination with systems engineering and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
+ Multi-disciplinary Interface Management – Oversee the development of comprehensive design and interface requirements and lead the verification effort, ensuring cross-functional communication.
+ Requirements-based Testing and TLYF Management - Ensure program master test plans, integration concepts and integration flows developed by the Integrated Team Planning team are constructed in a Test Like You Fly manner and verified.
+ Employee Management – Oversee the performance, progression and mentoring of the AVE IAT&C team members. Authority to manage personnel, direct activities and act as a delegate for IAT&C as approved by the IAT&C Director.
+ Risk and Opportunities (R&O) Management – Facilitate and own the R&O management process and review board in coordination with the AVE IAT&C Director and corresponding AVE Risk Manager.
+ Schedule and Cost Reporting Management – Responsible for the AVE IAT&C team cost, schedule and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Responsible for overseeing the baseline change request process and monthly EVMS reporting.
+ Travel – May be required to travel up to 10% of the time.

These positions will have a standard work schedule of 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelors Degree with 8 years’ experience, or Masters Degree and 6 years’ experience, or in lieu of a degree 4 additional years of experience supporting US Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries.
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a formal management position
+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with system integration and test principles and teat plan development at any level of build (unit, sub-system, system, etc.).
+ Demonstrated experience of EVMS principles and working with a program business rhythm.
+ Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and 10 years’ experience, or Master’s and 8 years’ experience, supporting US Government contracts and customers and/or project management in other industries.
+ Demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.
+ Knowledge and experience in System Engineering using CAMEO and/or Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Principles.
+ Understanding of Integrated Test Plan principles and experience with forming a program test framework.
+ Demonstrated success leading teams/and or organizations to achieve a common goal.
+ Experience using DOORS Requirements Management Database.
+ Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Clearance.
+ Previous ICBM Experience is a plus.

**Salary Range:** $161,500 - $242,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
