**Job Title: Aerospace Receiving Inspector** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Receiving Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality control and inspection of incoming materials, checking tolerances, and using precise measurement tools. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading, basic shop mathematics, and statistics, as well as experience with MRP/MRB database systems. **Responsibilities** + Perform quality control and inspection of incoming materials. + Check tolerances using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Apply basic shop mathematics and statistics to inspection processes. + Maintain and update MRP/MRB database systems. + Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards. + Document and communicate inspection results effectively. + Maintain inventory control using scanners and other tools. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. + Ability to read blueprints. + Understanding of basic shop mathematics and statistics. + Experience with MRP/MRB database systems. + Attention to detail. + Excellent documentation and communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a leading aerospace manufacturing company. The shift is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm + OT. The work environment is structured and requires adherence to safety and quality standards. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
