Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and configurations for aerospace components (landing gears and hydraulic actuation systems ).
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards while optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Manufacturing Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Development of manufacturing plans, sketches, work instructions and supporting engineering documentation.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality assurance team to implement and monitor quality control measures, identifying and resolving any manufacturing issues that may arise.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, production teams, and project managers, to ensure seamless product development and manufacturing.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, and the ability analyze supplied engineering (B/P, P/L, Models…) and to generate manufacturing documentation.Working knowledge of ERP systemsKnowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools, preferably CATIA but not necessaryThis position requires exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
