What you’ll do
Lead and support continuous improvement projects, focusing on Lean principles and process standardization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions that drive measurable improvements.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across teams.Drive standardization to ensure consistency in reporting and operating methodologies.Develop, maintain, and optimize tools, systems, and dashboards for project tracking, reporting, and performance improvement.Process lessons learned to identify improvement areas and lead targeted improvement initiatives.Champion continuous improvement efforts, fostering a mindset of optimization and innovation within the organization.Model and promote effective meeting practices, ensuring timely agendas, pre-read materials, action item tracking, and consistent follow-up.What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, Business Administration or a related field.3+ years of experience in process improvement, Lean, change management or operational excellence roles.3+ years of experience leading or actively contributing to complex projects, preferably within multinational and cross-functional teams.Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.What will make you stand out

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $76,600.00 - 114,800.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 5% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 2/21/25.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
