What You Will Do

Deliver dynamic operational assistance to sales leadership. Strategize and manage projects aimed at enhancing sales team efficiency and impact. Create streamlined processes to bolster sales procedures and contribute to sales support system requirements. Curate sales data vital for metrics and process advancement, fostering elevated sales performance.

Drive efficiency in the sales journey through focused streamlining efforts

Optimize sales execution by designing performance metrics and dashboards that align with organizational growth strategies

Seamlessly transition between hands-on process creation, reporting, metrics, etc., and strategic collaboration with senior leaders

Analyze sales funnel health, providing insights and recommendations for improved sales strategies and data efficiency

Automate processes to support and enhance sales ops and team efficiency, enabling a focus on driving sales rather than manual tasks

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Process or Operations in a fast-paced tech environment, Finance, or other Operational capacity

Bachelor's degree in technical focus, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline

Demonstrated ability to implement sales management strategies across direct, indirect, and eCommerce channels 

Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Google Suite, Excel, Tableau and experience implementing or administering project management and communication platforms such as Miro, Smartsheet Trello etc. 

Natural ability to communicate across a diverse geographic and business landscape. 

Experience managing multiple projects and shifting demands
