The role will play a pivotal role in crafting and championing initiatives that cultivate a vibrant culture. Lead the charge in creating a culture of accountability, recognition, appreciation, and engagement, fostering a strong sense of community that aligns with our company values and our business goals.

Culture Champion:

Be a storyteller who brings TU's culture to life, crafting compelling narratives that showcase our beliefs and inspire employee engagement.Works independently to lead the development and execution of engaging culture initiatives like recognition programs, onboarding experiences, and more.Work with DEIB leads on diversity training needs and content design and facilitate experiences relating to diversity, inclusion and belonging.Design onboarding initiatives to assimilate new hires/ acquired associates to drive connectivity and cohesion within our company culture.Work in consultation with the Rewards CoE to develop and oversee the design of how we recognize our people, launching a global recognition program that leverages intrinsic and extrinsic motivators.Drive initiatives to activate and promote our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent and retain employees. Ensure alignment of our EVP across our talent model from attraction through to exit and every facet of the employee model.Partner with local HR teams on ensuring global initiatives meet local requirements, whilst supporting the championing adoption and / or adherence to relevant global standards and policies into the markets. Effectively navigate a global work environment to ensure success in implementing global programs while recognizing regional best practices.

Global Teams & Team Effectiveness:

Responsible for the execution and delivery of learning support for managers and associates on how to work optimally in a flexible global world, promoting effective teamwork grounded in trust. Work with the leadership team to ensure the company culture is preserved throughout the whole organization in a hybrid environment.Determine how we support teams with hybrid and remote work effectiveness, virtual collaboration, building team trust and effective team dynamics and productivity across global teams. Ensuring that despite most of our workforce being hybrid and remote, we will continue to stay connected and engaged.

Measurement & Insights:

Work with the HR Data Analytics team to execute TU’s Employee Engagement Survey, including HRBPs support and key actions that come from the survey.Work with the HR Data Analytics team to review and analyze people data, including onboarding and off-boarding surveys, to identify trends per segments and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience. And using it as a lever to inform and affirm our culture virtually, physically, and culturally.Use appropriate tools to measure success, to ensure the employee experience is aligned to desired outcomes.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent experience in HR.The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years’ experience in learning and development, talent management, diversity, organizational development or related fields, with a successful track record in managing complex, multi-dimensional projects, and proven success at building credibility quickly at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.Strong execution and project management skillsExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and communicate with staff at all levels of an organization.Strong team player. Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.Experience and competency in HRIS/ employee platforms; proficient in MS Office Suite.Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated knowledge of design thinking and principles of sustained engagement and the impact of these on learning quality/effectiveness and business outcomesExperience in large, matrixed and multinational global organizations is preferred.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
