**Job Description** **¡BASE RIO NEGRO ANTIOQUIA!** **DISPONIBILIDAD DE VIAJE** **Responsabilidades:** + Gestión de clientes: Mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas con clientes del canal tradicional (tiendas de barrio, mayoristas, distribuidores, entre otros), brindando atención personalizada y buscando oportunidades de crecimiento conjunto. + Cumplimiento de metas de ventas: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, a través de la ejecución de estrategias comerciales eficaces. + Negociación y seguimiento: Negociar condiciones comerciales, precios y descuentos, realizando seguimientos constantes para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y la rentabilidad de la empresa. + Análisis de mercado: Identificar tendencias, necesidades del mercado y comportamientos de los consumidores dentro del canal tradicional, con el fin de ajustar las estrategias comerciales. + Planificación de rutas y visitas: Organizar y gestionar su agenda de visitas a los puntos de venta, realizando un seguimiento adecuado a cada cliente de acuerdo con su potencial de compra. + Capacitación de clientes: Brindar capacitación y soporte a los clientes para asegurar el adecuado manejo de los productos y exhibición en los puntos de venta. + Reportes y análisis de desempeño: Elaborar reportes de ventas y actividades, analizando los resultados obtenidos para identificar oportunidades de mejora. **Requisitos:** + Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas en el canal tradicional de empresas de consumo masivo. + Conocimiento en estrategias de ventas, merchandising, y gestión de clientes. + Habilidad para negociar, influir y persuadir en ambientes comerciales. + Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y gestionar el tiempo de manera eficiente. + Disponibilidad para viajar según lo requiera el cargo. + Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas. + Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas + Título de educación superior en áreas como Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o afines No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary **Wacam is Mondelēz** **International’s Latin America presence with more the 1700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
