We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team as an independent contributor. This role will focus on generalist duties with a primary emphasis on recruitment, specifically for professional and technical roles across the organization. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicative, and tech-savvy, with a strong foundation in HR and recruitment.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles, including sourcing, interviewing, preparing and delivering offers. Work with recruitment agencies as necessary. Manage college and intern recruitment, including but not limited to career fairs, co-op, summer programs. Help to support DEI initiatives and programs through recruitment strategies and implementation. Support generalist HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and compliance. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent. Work closely with our global talent acquisition team to support to rollout global TA initiatives to the local US sites Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and practices, fostering a positive workplace culture. Utilize HR software and tools for record-keeping, data analysis, and reporting. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management. Facilitate site trainings related to HR and TA processes and programs. Other related duties as assigned Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within a global organization and with a focus on technical/professional roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and standard office software. Adaptability and professionalism in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
