Summary of Responsibilities:
Supervision of front desk area in Student Academic Services office.
Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones and emails, filing, scheduling appointments and meetings for advisors, making copies, compiling and sending bulk mailings, electronic filing of documents.
Check students in for advising appointments for undergraduate, graduate, and career advisors.
Keeps main office clean and organized.
Acts as liaison between different departments within the College of Business and FAU.
Distributes interoffice mail to staff.
Attendance at meetings, trainings, and workshops may be required.
Organizing pre-advising information and hand-outs to guide prospective students in their choice of programs in College of Business.
Responding to inquiries from students by email and phone about our programs and admissions processes for the College of Business.
Assists with responding to student emails regarding general questions about major/minor/COB requirements and policies.
Other job-related duties and projects, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution and five years of appropriate experience required. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may be asubstitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
