Role Overview
The P&O Cruises Brand, Sales and Marketing team is key to helping P&O Cruises achieve its ambition to become Britain's #1 holiday choice. Our team of experts drive innovation and effectiveness across the entire customer communications and engagement journey, from using advertising and digital media to drive brand metrics and source guests, to creating meaningful and personalised relationships with our current guests. This role sits in the Marketing team and works closely with internal and external teams to lead on a selection of our national sponsorships and media partnerships.
Key accountabilities include:

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, with hybrid working including up to two days from home. National travel to meet our partners will also be required.
