Advertising Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

· The functions of this role include working as a liaison that connects Publicis Groupe clients (across the Agency brands) with the Paid Media specialists.

· The role can include client interaction and being the key operational point of contact for clients.

· There are finance related tasks as part of this role which include the submitting monthly billings if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Effective resource management (capacity tracking and resource skills) and trafficking of the SEO and Paid Media departments.

· Work with client leads/agency strategists and manage the respective agency clients.

· Manage and maintain capacity of SEO strategist. Manage their capacity, timesheet input and deadlines for work deliverables.

· Creating scope of work documents for SEO with website audits and costing for these type projects

· Anticipate potential capacity challenges on jobs and deadlines in a timeous manner and be proactive in facilitating smooth workflow and alternate solutions, when necessary.

· Work closely with client leads/strategists.

· Improve the operational systems, processes, and practices of the agency.

· Manage digital campaigns (display, video, social, native, and programmatic) launches with Paid Media team.

· Confirm briefs are completed properly and all relevant information is provided by the Agency (media schedule, content plan, and signed IO)

· Brief Campaign Managers and ensuring work is executed in accordance with the media briefs and needed feedback on the media briefs is given.

· Setting up weekly status sessions with the various agencies to track campaign performance – spend versus campaign budget.

· Monitor performance and ensure Campaign Managers are aware of any issues on their campaigns.

· Attend weekly internal and client status sessions.

· Work closely with client leads/strategists to facilitate work needed.

· Building and Trafficking campaigns on Campaign Manager 360

 

Knowledge/Skills:

· Experience developing systems and workflows to support a growing organisation.

· Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

· A good knowledge of the terminology and technical aspects related to digital.

· Advantage if you are familiar with the following platforms:

o CHASE

o JIRA

o Integral Ad Science (IAS)

o Google Campaign Manager 360
