The Project Lead Engineer will oversee project execution\nfrom conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company standards,\nclient requirements, and regional regulations. This role requires frequent\ntravel throughout North Africa and French-speaking countries, including remote\nand desert locations, to lead project teams and liaise with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Project\n Management:
Lead\n engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget,\n and to customer specifications.Develop\n and maintain project schedules and manage resources effectively.Technical\n Leadership:
Provide\n technical direction and oversight to engineering teams.Solve\n complex engineering problems, identifying solutions that adhere to\n industry standards.Stakeholder\n Management:
Collaborate\n with clients, contractors, and internal teams to foster strong\n relationships and facilitate project success.Conduct\n regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with design\n specifications.Technical\n Coordination:
Coordinate\n all technical aspects to execute High-Performance Solutions (HPS)\n projects, ensuring all deliverables meet predefined quality standards.Cost\n Management:
Actively\n participate in cost-saving initiatives and strategies to improve project\n margins without compromising quality or safety.Compliance\n and Safety:
Ensure\n that all engineering projects comply with local and international\n regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Promote\n a culture of safety within the engineering team and on-site.Budget\n Oversight:
Develop\n project budgets, control expenditures, and justify any variances\n throughout the project lifecycle.Reporting:
Prepare\n and present detailed project reports and updates to management and\n stakeholders.Document\n project milestones, challenges, and solutions.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's\n degree in Engineering ( Electronic, Electrical, automation or related\n field).Minimum\n of 5 years of project management experience in engineering or related\n role.Proven\n experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.Proficient\n in project management software and engineering design tools.Knowledge\n of local regulations and standards across North Africa.Multilingual:\n Proficiency in French and English, with additional languages considered a\n plus.WE VALUEStrong\n analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent\n leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability\n to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to\nchallenging environments, including remote and desert locationsWe are an equal opportunity employer and\nvalue diversity at our company.
