This position will be located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Liberty, NC.

Womack, we are a fully accredited 110-bed, evidenced-based regional medical center and GME facility serving Fort Liberty, the home of Airborne and Special Operations and the largest U.S. Army installation in the world. We manage several outstanding Primary Care practice sites located in Fort Liberty, Fayetteville, Hope Mills, and Linden Oaks.
Womack is located in Fayetteville, Fort Liberty which is 2 hours from the beach and 5 hours from the Appalachian Mountains with easy access to I-95 and all points north and south. As an Advanced Practice Nurse ( Nurse Anesthetist) you will:
Anesthetize patients for a broad range of surgeries extending from the simplest to the most complex of procedures.Evaluate patient's physical and mental status with respect to anesthesia, consulting with the anesthesiologist, if necessary, to evaluate patient's condition and desired anesthetic course of action.Observe the patient during surgery, to accomplish and maintain the proper level of anesthesia depth and to prevent over-dosage.Serve as a resource consultant to a wide variety of professional health colleagues, regarding the latest advances in nurse anesthesia and nursing practice.
Qualifications
US Citizenship required
At least one year of clinical experience AFTER finishing CRNA program
Applicants must have passed the National Council Licensure Examination and possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional nurse from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
