St. Anne Cancer Center, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine. We have a strong culture of collegiality and team approach to decision making. In our ongoing effort to expand our exceptional care to regions in the Puget Sound, we are looking for a well-trained, collegial, caring APP who is motivated to provide the best possible patient care for our patients.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $159,516, based on experience.

**Responsibilities**
+ Monitors and edits treatment plans and provides consults as needed to free up MDs to see and address complex and higher acuity patients.
+ Provide in-patient consults, and hospital follow ups as needed. Number of patients per day could range from 10-12 per day. No call responsibilities at this time.
+ See patients in the infusion room [when someone is having any reactions, or added problems discovered during their treatment visits].
+ Chemo teaching sessions for the NEW Treatment plans for the Oncology Pts
+ Leads Survivorship program at the end of their treatments and surveillance periods.
+ Leads and oversees Genetic Program/ High risk/ Hereditary Cancer Clinic
**Qualifications**
+ Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
+ Current Washington State ARNP/P.A. license or active license prior to starting.
+ **Minimum two years of advanced practice experience (ARNP/P.A) working with Oncology and/or Hematology patients.**
+ Prior experience with EPIC a plus, but not required
+ Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and hospital staff, patients and their families
+ Excellent communication skills and professionalism
+ Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines
**Pay Range**
$60.10 - $76.69 /hour
