**Job Summary:**
The Advanced Military Engines Program Office seeks a team-oriented, self-motivated, self-guided, and self-aware leader to excel as Program Manager for the Modular FADEC. Reporting to the Advanced Military Engines Director, the Program Manager (Associate Director) is responsible for fostering strong customer & internal stakeholder relationships, ensuring program process compliance, delivering business results, and leading project completion.
Communication, drive for results, team leadership, and the ability to adapt and overcome when confronted with obstacles are all critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate continually and calmly guides integration engagements toward overall objectives in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment. Due to special contracts and program requirements, U.S. Citizenship and work on-site within secure environments are required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the Product Management Team for the Components Profit and Loss Center; provide inspired leadership to a cross-functional, cross-business unit team to accomplish major product development objectives, on schedule, within cost, with disciplined risk management.
+ Deliver the Modular FADEC on time and budget to 4+ major Military Development and Production Programs; ensure FADEC Program Integration is seamless, Manage risk.
+ Partner with other functional leaders for inclusive problem-solving and decision-making.
+ Identify and remove obstacles for the team.
+ Communicate expertly to all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
+ Build and maintain advocacy for program and team needs.
+ Deliver world-class and winning solutions for key customer needs and company competitive objectives.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field with 12+ years prior relevant experience leading integration, program or engineering project teams, or an advanced degree in a related field with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
+ 12+ years of experience leading integration, program, or engineering project teams required.
+ 7+ plus years in Aerospace and Defense.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
+ Experience in Engine controls, software and hardware integration.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Technical Degree.
+ 10+ Years of electronics/controls product development experience.
+ System integration experience.
+ Experience leading Agile processes.
+ Experience in hardware/software risk reduction and capability validation efforts.
+ Prior experience with program management, engineering and/or complex project leadership.
+ Demonstrated ability to build internal and external collaborative relationships; excellent written and verbal communication skills required; ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail working in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
