As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell,\nyou will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our\nmanufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Tucson, AZ location.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing\nproduction processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your\ncontributions will lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved\nquality in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at\nthe forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver\ninnovative and high-quality products to our customers. Your contributions will\ndirectly impact our bottom line and help us maintain our position as a global\ntechnology leader.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product qualityProvide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptlyIdentify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiencyCreate and maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, quality, and procurement, to ensure smooth production processes.Identify potential risks in the manufacturing process and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
