AMI Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Lead to drive our Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) initiatives in the utilities sector. This individual will spearhead our AMI-focused sales strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our market presence.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of AMI technologies, a strong track record of B2B solution selling in the utilities space, and the ability to cocreate solutions with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Skills Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), smart meters, data management, and regulatory standards.Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in complex, solution-based selling environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of utility operations, smart grid technologies, and digital transformation trends in energy.Experience working with cross-functional teams across marketing, pre-sales, and delivery.Ability to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with digital transformation initiatives or consulting in the utilities sector.Familiarity with major AMI vendors (e.g., Itron, Landis Gyr, Sensus, Honeywell) and software platforms.Existing relationships with utility executives and decision-makers.Prior involvement in launching new AMI products or services to market.
