As the Advanced Markets Associate, you’ll assist in the development and deployment of a wide variety of sales resources, tools, and campaigns including written collateral and events. You will partner closely with internal and external business partners and coordinate across teams to ensure the timely execution of deliverables. You will report to the Head of Business Development and Sales Content, BRC within a best-in-class advanced planning group and work with that role to deliver the tools that put us ahead of our competition.

Maintain calendar of speakers and promote the webinars through the appropriate channels.Maintain collateral on our microsites, post updates, and create new pages as needed using WordPressProvide logistical support for team meetings and market workshops, including scheduling and resource preparation and supervising the department’s email/voicemail inboxes.Participate in training sessions and workshops to gain a foundational understanding of advanced marketsManage initiatives ensuring timely reviews and deliverables.Generate comprehensive reports, presentations and ad hoc special projects as needed.Become knowledgeable about the IM business, goals, audiences, to deliver on objectives fully and successfully.Drive both the short-term and long-term planning and execution aligning with partners to understand key objectives and critical deliverables.You Have:1-4 years of relevant sales strategy & project development experience.Consistent record working with multiple clients and internal teams.Have experience in the Insurance or financial services industry marketing.Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience required.Location & Travel:New York, NY, Holmdel, NJ. Hybrid mode (3 days on site). 10-15% of travel is required for this position.Salary Range:
$66,480.00 - $99,720.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
