Key Responsibilities
Requirements analysis
Scope baselining
Systems architecture & communication riser design
Individual HVAC System Controls design (AHUs, Terminal Units and\nWater plants)
Simulation and testing of individual systems.
Systems integration
Systems validation & verification
Customer interaction
Project engineering
budget/schedule responsibility

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/\nElectronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical with Controls experience).
Controls engineering experience with PLCs/DCS/DDC Industrial Automation or\nBuilding Automation HVAC Systems (Min 1-3 years)
Experience with simple & complex HVAC systems likes AHUs, VAVs, Chilled\nWater Plants, Boiler Plants, Heat Pumps, Geothermal Systems. (Min 3 years)
Field commissioning (Min 2 Years)
Functional Blocks/DDC programming and testing.
Ability to perform FAT ,FWT, SAT & working with third party commissioning\nagents. (Min 2 Years)
Hands on Experience and/or knowledge of various communication protocols like\nBACNet, LON, Modbus & TCP-IP. (Min 1 Year)
