Advanced Analytics Analyst (Supply Chain)

Reporting to the Supply Chain Advanced Analytics Manager you help build advanced data and analytics products using queries, data visualizations and ad-hoc analysis supporting Conagra's Supply Chain end to end. You will show up each day obsessing over our challenges and drawing on collaborative nature to develop transformative data solutions. Daily responsibilities include partnering with team members to hypothesize, formulate, develop and improve analytics products to help drive and advance data-driven decisions and automation.

What you'll do:

Develop SQL code, data models, and data visualizations which support the strategic goals of Conagra's Supply Chain organizationConduct analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in systems and reports. Maintain process for prioritizing, developing, standardizing and deploying process and tool enhancementsDocument requirements and user stories to ensure analytics products developed satisfy user needs and deliver value within the Supply ChainCreate data mappings to document technical lineage of data from source systems through to analytics products. Document data and analytics products developed in collaboration with data governance teamConduct end-user training and support role transitions by providing flexible training solutionsAssist in development and measurement of KPIs. Ensure that KPIs are applied across reporting platforms and reportsCollaborate to guide standards, best practices, solution innovation, future solution needs to keep current with industry trends

What you'll bring:

Bachelor's degree required, in Supply Chain, Business, or Technology related field1+ years experience in Supply Chain, IT, or other business experience1+ years of hands-on experience with SQLPrior data visualization experience required (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Power BI preferred.Experience with code versioning, reviewing and optimizing code performanceUnderstanding of Supply Chain planning and transaction systems and information flow (Enterprise/ERP, Demand Planning, Production Planning and Deployment, Inventory Management, MRP and WMS). SAP experience preferredComfortable working with all levelsWe ask that you travel up to 20-30% to Chicago or OmahaIn office 3 days per week, Tuesday through ThursdayAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship either now or in the future

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
