Responsible for the activities and work efforts within the advanced modalities including but limited to CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine. The Supervisor will collaborate with both inpatient and outpatient leaders to standardize processes, workflows, and utilization of staff and resources. Supervisor may be expected to function as staff, when required. The Supervisor is actively engaged with their employees regarding shared staffing model, employee engagement, process improvement, and continuing education.
The supervisor provides daily staff supervision and ensures the effective and efficient operation of the department while promoting customer service and employee satisfaction. This position is responsible for ensuring operations meet the strategic goal of the organization. They will fulfill the Mission of Blessing Health System and model the ICARE standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED:
Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology 3 years post certification experience in RadiologyPREFERRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Science or related Radiology field Three (3) years of supervisory experienceLicense/Certifications/Special Requirements:
