**Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Automation (Robots)**
**Responsabilidades:**
+ Conceptualiza y desarrollar mejoras de procesos implementando automatizacion para la reducciones de costos.
+ Utiliza los principios de automatización y fabricación eficiente para reducir el tiempo de ciclo y eliminar el desperdicio.
+ Lee y comprende dibujos mecánicos, 2D y 3D, así como dibujos eléctricos y neumaticos.
+ Soporte a sistemas automatizados con robots industrial, colaborativo y aplicaciones de soldadura con robot (FANUC).
+ Soporte en certificaciones de seguridad y jaulas de aislamiento para lineas automatizadas.
+ Gestiona proyectos desde el concepto y el diseño, pasando por las solicitudes de asignación de capital dentro del cronogrma del proyecto.
+ Genera acciones correctivas de iniciativa propia para problemas de ensamble automatizado (pick and place).
+ Desarrolla de soluciones temporales y permanentes a los problemas de Automatizacion.
+ Desarrolla documentación para que la utilicen los ingenieros y técnicos de procesos para realizar sus tareas y ayudarlos a solucionar problemas.
+ Cumple con todos los requisitos de seguridad y reglamentos establecidos por Copeland.
+ Provee soporte en innovación de nuevas tecnologias y actualizaciones de control de ensambles como sistemas de vision y paletizado.
+ Brinda soporte de ingeniería para la introducción de nuevos productos y procesos, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.
+ Proporciona orientación general y apoyo práctico ocasional.
+ Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales que incluyen ingenieros de fabricación de planta, Ing de Controles y Seguridad.
**Requisitos:**
+ Escolaridad:Ingenieria Electronica, Mecatronica, relacionado.
+ Años de Experiencia:3 a 5 años.
+ Conocimientos:Ingenieria, Mantenimiento, Robots.
+ Habilidades técnicas:Programacion y deteccion de fallas en Robots, Sistemas de Vision.
+ Espanol, Ingles.
