Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Cardiologist
The Department of Pediatrics at Dartmouth Health Children’s and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth seeks a board certified/eligible Pediatric Cardiologist with expertise in adult congenital heart disease. This individual will join an academic practice of seven physicians providing cardiac care to children and adults in both New Hampshire and Vermont, and will be primarily based at Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinics in Manchester, NH. Clinical responsibilities will primarily be centered around outpatient clinic partnered with an ACHD APRN, as well as occasional inpatient consultation with the adult cardiology team at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and shared call coverage. This cardiologist will work closely with the Boston Adult Congenital Heart (BACH) service with monthly combined clinics and weekly care conferences discussing medical plans of this complex patient population.

Dartmouth Health Children’s provides an extended system of care with primary, specialty, and advanced tertiary pediatric services, including an inpatient pediatric unit with PICU, level II Pediatric Trauma Center, and level IV NICU at its flagship Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (CHaD) in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Teaching residents and medical students is expected, so eligibility for appointment to the faculty at The Geisel School of Medicine is required, at a rank commensurate with experience and academic portfolio.
