We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our experienced, versatile team, providing top-tier administration services to our esteemed Armed Forces personnel. This role will be based at HMS Collingwood, HMS Sultan, and HMS Excellent Medical Centres, with occasional travel between these sites. As part of a skilled administrative team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality Military Personnel Administration Services, including internal checks, controls, and compliance auditing. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, promoting best practices and ensuring that service levels are met while maintaining compliance with Health and Safety and General Data Protection Regulations. The role requires a proactive, professional individual with excellent organizational skills and a high degree of integrity. The successful candidate will be adept at persuasive communication, both verbal and written, and have a proven track record in delivering quality administration and customer service. Familiarity with MOD Medical Administration applications is desirable, as is a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (IOSH Managing Safely). Candidates should be IT literate, with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, and possess a full UK driving license and their own transport. A good standard of education is also required.
