Location: Durban, South Africa
Our client in the financial industry is looking for an Administrator / Coordinator.
Specific Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination Schedule transport for collections & deliveries Maintain and update inventory records and location of goods Other related logistics & administration duties as assignedOffice Administration Assist with reception / PA function (answer incoming calls, schedule appointments) Administration of office consumables and facilities maintenance
Internal Sales Follow up on routine sales with existing customers / suppliers Convert new enquires into sales of standard products
General Responsibilities
Protect and promote the business and interests of the company, to preserve its reputation and goodwill A can-do attitude and willingness to bring positive energy to any situation Other duties and responsibilities may need to be performed from time to time during employment with the company, based on its operational requirements. A job title does not define or restrict duties and responsibilities, and other work may be required, within one’s abilities at the request of the company After-hours work as and when required
Requirements
Relevant experience in business administration and logistics Highly computer literate Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Tertiary qualification in supply chain management or business administration (advantageous)
