Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking two (2) detail-oriented Administration Officers to support vendor management and contract administration. These roles report to the Subcontract Manager or the Risk Manager and are ideal for organised professionals with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Performance Management: Administer and manage the Vendor Performance Program, tracking allocation volumes, vendor capacity, and KPI performance. Vendor Relations: Regularly engage with vendors to address issues and provide process training. Performance Reporting: Generate reports and grading recommendations as required. Collaboration with Call Centre: Work closely with the Call Centre to ensure targeted work volumes are met. Contract Administration: Oversee the renewal process for all vendor contracts. Data Management: Re-establish vendor profiles, ensuring accurate pricing, location, and trade information for system integration. Compliance & System Updates: Align vendor-nominated trades with Avetta profiles, ensuring compliance and system accuracy. SOR Management: Administer Schedule of Rates (SOR) changes and ensure vendors are pricing all required SORs in their trade category. System Clean-Up: Ensure the BGIS operating system is fully updated and optimized by May 2025, removing outdated vendor data.About You
