The role
As a Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will support the Director of Nuclear Operations by providing administrative support along with control of documents / management of documents under supervision.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll provide general Admin Support for Submarine Dismantling Project (SDP) Team. You will also: 

Responsibilities include: meeting minutes, diary management, team briefs, distribution lists, file indexes, starter packs, check lists, memo’s, spreadsheets, letters, presentations etc.  IFS (Intelligent Financial System) Labour Bookings, activity progress and download of reports Point of contact for Stakeholder/ MOD’s team  PMT Comments Matrix Co-ordinator / Advisor for NBU as document owner

 

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

 

Essential experience of the Administrator

Recent and relevant experience in a similar role Understanding and experience working with IFS desirable but not essential Conversant with MS Office suite  Experience taking accurate minutes of meetings Excellent written and verbal communication skills
