Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a waste management company based near Romsey. This is a temp to perm position.
Responsibilities for this Administrator role:
- Provide a welcoming reception to visitors, answering telephone calls and email queries
- Prepare the next day's work for drivers including carrying out and recording end-of-shift debriefs
- Ensure customers are contacted with issues in advance and managing their expectations
- Putting accurate information onto booking systems
- Adherence with all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Compliance with all relevant Environmental Legislation
- Report any accidents to the Leadership Team and to encourage a proactive safety culture
- Provide direction and support to drivers
- Work with management team to complete operational monitoring - Safety, Wellbeing and Customer Satisfaction
- Assist with monthly reports/ Applications when required
- Attend and contribute to improvement meetings as required
- Support the General Manager and team leader on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements for this Administrator role:
- Have an enthusiastic and positive approach to tasks and setbacks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships
- Comfortable using your own judgment and initiative to make decisions
- Ability to use own initiative and self-manageprioritise own workload
- Must have great time keeping
- Must be highly organised and have great attention to detail
The Role:
- Monday until Friday
- 10 hour shift typically 7am until 5pm or 8am until 6pm
- This is a temp to perm position
- £11.44 per hour
