Job DescriptionTo deliver efficient and compliant Treasury operations services, including Central Records, Structured Products, Treasury Support and Funding activities. To assist the manager in managing workflows and ensuring that work load is managed and distributed across the team and support junior team members in the execution of their duties in order to provide consistently high levels of customer service.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Outputs:
Assist in the overall management of the Treasury Operations team by distributing daily work load, ensuring that there is clarity on individual roles and responsibilities and provide on the job coaching and support to contribute to the delivery of a high level of service.Ensure that all static data, account opening and closing, and all other associated maintenance is processed accurately and timeously and where there are discrepancies, escalate them urgently for investigation to ensure that records are always kept up to date and accurate.Ensure that procedure notes are complete and up to date, that monthly interests and fees are cleared and that the quarterly valuation process is managed as per the policies and processes to contribute to the smooth functioning of treasury operations.Identify areas for improvements and make recommendations to the Operations Management paying particular focus to processes that cross over functions, to improve the efficiency and quality of the services provided by the Operations team.Inform the Manager and the Operations Risk team of any significant risks and monitor the resolution of these queries to mitigate against the risk of loss for both the bank and the client.Technical Competencies:
