**Primary Function/General Purpose of Position**
This role is responsible for the administration and daily operations of the non-acute enterprise resource management system (ERP). This position encompasses an extensive number of responsibilities and provides backup support to the manager. This includes account setup, item master and supplier master management and maintenance, and user account management. Provides support for contract and location setup within the ERP system and facilitate utilization with the buyers and end-users.
**Essential Job Functions**
+ __ Maintains the item master model, additions, maintenance, and ensure accuracy of the data and follows Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH)/Advantus Health Partners (AHP) data standards.
+ Maintains the supplier master, ensures alignment with BSMH Workday Supplier Master, and ensure invoices are processed electronically.
+ Works with suppliers to support preferred connection standards, confirmations, and invoice transmission methods.
+ Maintains ERP system user accounts administration including adding and inactivating users, password changes, and utilization monitoring.
+ Provides user training where necessary and maintains user training documents as needed. Provides necessary communications and structure to facilitate self-service training model and utilization of Hybrent ERP system.
+ Updates system with BSMH or AHP contracts as appropriate; works with manager to coordinate with Sourcing Team on conversions and implementations of new contracts, provides communications to procurement team and users as necessary.
+ Coordinates with manager and if necessary AHP Pharmacy procurement staff on drug related purchases, related items within the item master, and any support related to facilitate purchasing.
+ Maintains standard operating procedures for daily operations, to include maintenance requirements and system controls. Ensures SOP changes and updates are made in a timely manner.
+ Maintains helpdesk operations and works with related staff to streamline reporting, resolutions, and tracking of issues. Provides recommendations to manager on changes, improvements, and problematic areas.
+ Engages sites and leadership on new or change locations, account processing, maintaining location data, and supporting the overall team with new accounts, changes, and corrections when manager is not available.
+ Utilize reports to facilitates daily operations, unreceived orders, operating metrics, and procurement related utilization. Engages manager on changes and recommendations.
+ Provides necessary support to procurement team to facilitate procurement of product, resolve system related issues, and ensures data accuracy.
+ Provides recommendation for ERP system enhancements to manager to identify opportunities for improved functionality and ease of use.

Associates Degree in Technical, Business or Healthcare related field (required)
Bachelor’s Degree Technical, Business or Healthcare related field (preferred)
