Administrator, Global Mobility
The Global Mobility Administrator provides essential administrative, logistical, and analytical support to the Total Rewards function, with a focus on supporting our key mobile talents across all of our retail, manufacturing and functional groups. This role assists in the coordination of international assignments, relocation processes, and compensation programs, ensuring compliance and a seamless experience for employees. **Location:** This position is in-person in Whippany, NJ with a hybrid schedule. **Key Accountabilities:** **Global Mobility Support:** Initiate and coordinate international assignments and relocation processes, including vendor management (relocation management, tax, and immigration, where applicable), ensuring a smooth transition for employees. Provide authorization details to vendors (relocation management, tax, and immigration, where applicable), ensuring clear and timely communication. Partner with various internal stakeholders on the end-to-end assignment process flow. Manage immigration processes, including the collection and coordination of required visa documents. Serve as a concierge for executive mobility assignments, providing dedicated support and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively. Manage the day-to-day budget for global mobility and related assignments, including invoice processing, tracking actual spend, and forecasting expenses. Coordinate global tax reconciliation payments, taxable reimbursements and corresponding reporting to payroll, and commence assignment allowances with payroll partners. Maintain accurate records of employee assignment data. Prepare assignment-related documentation, such as cost estimates, assignment letters, and repatriation agreements. **Compensation Support:** Maintain accurate records of executive compensation data. Assist with benchmarking surveys and market analysis. Provide ad-hoc support for the annual merit and bonus processes. **General Administrative Support:** Prepare reports and presentations as needed. Assist with budget tracking and expense management. Maintain confidential employee data. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Coordinate quarterly team gatherings. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, **Excel** , PowerPoint). + Ability to maintain confidentiality. + Process-focused mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with global mobility or compensation programs (internship or previous role). + Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle HCM). + Experience with budget management and forecasting.
