Overview

The Administrative Support Specialist is crucial in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Program Administrator and our Ergonomists. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing key account tasks, and enhancing internal processes. This position will be hybrid, 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Senior Program Administrator and Ergonomists, assisting with day-to-day operations and account management tasks.Maintain and update activity trackers, manage employee communications, and assist in the preparation and review of client reports and order forms.Support all aspects of our virtual ergonomics certification program, including new registrations, renewals, and loading new events onto the Humanscale website.Assist with marketing efforts by maintaining customer databases and digital marketing platforms.Collaborate with consulting staff to improve internal operating procedures, aiming for enhanced efficiency and quality of service.Liaise with various departments within the organization, including accounting, customer care, and marketing, to resolve billing or invoicing issues and ensure seamless collaboration. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skillsQuick learner and problem solver; able to seek out solutions autonomouslyAble to decipher ambiguous situations and identify the proper pathStrong organizational and prioritization skillsProven ability to partner with others to accomplish goalsAbility to implement and manage changeWillingness to quickly learn advanced technologies and tools available in our industry. Must be able to proactively identify tool gaps and propose viable solutionsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience in the ergonomics or furniture industry a plus

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

 

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Hourly Range: $22.35-$32.61
