Required License/Registration/Certification None Physical Requirements Position may involve sitting for extended period, and lifting of office supplies (copy paper boxes .. ~20lbs) Shift M-F 40 hours Job Summary The Administrative Support Associate I will serve as front-line customer support for current and potential employees. Will complete KARES background checks and annual Administrative Office of the Court screening. Completes IT and Wildcard ID requests. Enters disciplinary data and TB results into Kronos. Will complete administrative support responsibilities such as working with purchasing to ensure adequate funds for employment screenings, data entry, and personnel file maintenance as well as ordering supplies. Sends employee documents to the Benefits office. Completes employment verifications, name/address changes, and direct deposit changes as well as periodic file audits. Will be responsible for the maintenance of the LMS system. Will enter all new hires, any staff changes, and all other information about LMS reporting structure. Will be responsible for the TB monthly employee health compliance. Do monthly checks and compare them to employee health. Will ensure compliance is met every month. Will assist the HR Director with any needed HR projects. Front-line assistance to help staff with email, kronos, and other technical issues. Assists security with the badge process. Assists HR trainer by, creating orientation packets, and entering CPR cards into the AHA database. Assist the HR Recruiter by completing references during high volume periods, making onboarding packets, and onboarding if the recruiter is not available. Assists Payroll with standard wage garnishments and checking license reports each month, bank account information, and other proofing. Will check, print, and notify the manager of CONTRACTOR/UK KARES results. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Windows Suite Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
