EducationCounsel is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join the team in Washington, DC. A Day in the Life The position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and team-support tasks. These may include assisting in the composition, editing, and finalization of documents, reports, and spreadsheets related to assigned tasks and projects. Additional responsibilities involve supporting meeting preparation and event logistics, as well as drafting, editing, and reviewing PowerPoint presentations. The role also includes processing expense reimbursement reports, uploading and organizing documents in the document management system, and contributing to special projects and other assignments as needed. Furthermore, the position may require assisting with scheduling and calendar management for internal and external meetings, conferences, appointments, and events across the team.We Know You
The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who possesses well-developed critical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. You have a strong sense of accountability, take ownership over projects and responsibilities, resolve issues proactively, and know how to be a true team player. You’re a technology pro and have no problem learning new software. You utilize your keen eye for detail to further teamwork, client services, and efficiency. You are comfortable working as part of a dynamic team and supporting internal facing processes necessary for overall team success. A two- or four-year degree is desired, however work experience may be substituted for education.

Salary/Wage Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annuallyIn addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
