We are seeking an Administrative Student to join our Equipment Operations team at our North American Headquarters in our Edmonton, AB office, who are available for 4 months starting in May 2025.

 

Here's how an Administrative Student for our Resources office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities Inputs data into the equipment system and ensures data integrity. Maintains electronic and hard-copy files for assets.  Develops and maintains a well-organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information. Creates and maintains templates for forms, letters, tracking spreadsheets, etc. Assists with organizing meetings and/or special events including arranging for catering, locations and distribution of information. Arranges travel, hotel, and car reservations and prepares itinerary. Orders office supplies for district or assigned area as required. Willing and able to work in and adapt to change. Provides accurate Word, Excel and PowerPoint support by composing and/or editing a variety of documents. Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders. Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.  Other duties as required. Qualifications Effective written and verbal communication.  Exceptional attention to detail and analysis of day-to-day tasks. Ability to learn independently and stay current with new technologies. Ability to understand quality of services and good customer service.  Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.  Ability to react to changing deadlines.  Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
