Job Description
General Responsibilities:
The Executive Services team at Terracon’s Corporate office is searching for the ideal candidate with high customer service behaviors, administrative skills, and desire to make guests feel welcome. Performs hospitality support to Corporate guests for meetings and events. Includes ordering meals for large and small groups (working with local restaurants and catering companies), set up (ability to lift 10 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally), clean up, etc. Work with new Corporate employees for orientation conversations and introductions with other new hires and executives. Support building needs and management. This position is needed in-office Monday-Friday

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Partnering with Meeting Owners (local and nationwide) for the coordination of meetings held at Corporate or local office. Meeting set-up, meals, hospitality, etc.Developing relationships with local restaurants and catering companies to be a customer of choice. Always looking for new and different styles and cuisine.Scheduling and leading Corporate Building Orientation calls.Scheduling New Hire meetings with executives and Corporate Leaders.Monitoring, ordering, stocking of meeting supplies such as snacks and beverages.Back-up for mailroom duties and support of teammates.Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.

Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and general computer skills.Strong attention to detail.Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
